Provisions regarding transactions in Chinese currency Yuan1、Banks and financial institutions may, with the approval of this Bank, open accounts in Chinese Yuan (CNY) at commercial banks in the People’s Republic of China尼泊尔银行和金融机构，只要得到尼泊尔央银（NRB）的批准，就可以在中国的商业银行开设人民币（CNY）账户。这句话意味着：在尼泊尔银行体系的结算舞台上，继印度卢比、欧元和美元之后，咱们人民币也有了属于自己的一席之地。2、For banking/financial transactions, convertible foreign currency can be exchanged to purchase Chinese Yuan (CNY), which can then be deposited into accounts opened in Chinese commercial banks. Similarly, the Chinese Yuan (CNY) deposited in such accounts may also be sold and converted back into other convertible foreign currencies as needed.为了银行或金融交易的需要，可以用可兑换的外币（比如美元、欧元）兑换成人民币（CNY），然后把这些人民币存到已经在中国商业银行开的账户里。同样地，如果账户里有人民币了，也可以根据需要把它再兑换回其他可兑换的外币。通俗一点说：你（尼泊尔银行或尼泊尔金融机构）可以用美元换成人民币，存进你在中国开的账户；将来如果你需要，也可以把账户里的人民币再换回美元或其他外币。3、In accordance with international trade payment practices and subject to the circulars issued by this Bank, banks and financial institutions in Nepal may carry out payments and settlements in Chinese Yuan for trade between Nepali business firms and Chinese business firms using instruments such as letters of credit, drafts, T.T. (telegraphic transfers), and other similar means.根据国际贸易付款的惯例，并且在尼泊尔央行（NRB）发布的通函规定下，尼泊尔的银行和金融机构可以用人民币来处理尼泊尔企业和中国企业之间的贸易付款和结算。这些付款方式可以包括：信用证（Letter of Credit）、汇票（Drafts）、电汇（T.T.，Telegraphic Transfers）其他类似的支付方式这个条款可以说是Promax了，一句话总结：中尼企业之间做贸易，现在可以用人民币通过正规银行渠道来收付款了。所以，之前那些尼泊尔银行忽悠我们说只能开美元信用证、欧元信用证的说法，就不攻自破了。It Was欺人太甚……4、Nepali exporters who export goods or services to the Chinese market, and Nepali firms, companies, or industries that receive loans or direct foreign investment (FDI) from China, may open Yuan accounts at concerned banks/financial institutions and deposit the received amounts in those accounts.尼泊尔的出口商如果向中国出口商品或服务，或者尼泊尔的公司、企业、工厂从中国获得贷款或直接的外国投资（FDI），那么他们可以在相关的银行或金融机构开立人民币账户，把收到的钱存进去。通俗一点讲：你如果是尼泊尔企业，卖东西给中国、或者从中国拿到投资或贷款，那你就可以在尼泊尔的银行开个人民币账户，把这些钱存在里面。这里也有一个超级 Promax plus 的暗示：原本外国直接投资（FDI）的资本金必须以美元形式打入尼泊尔账户（对大部分中国投资者来说是这样），但现在，你可以直接在尼泊尔银行开一个人民币账户，然后从你国内的人民币账户汇款过去。这两千万尼泊尔卢比的资本金轻轻松松就搞定了！5、Banks and financial institutions, as well as firms, companies, and organizations licensed by this Bank, may purchase Chinese Yuan (CNY) at the prevailing exchange rate for ordinary domestic and foreign individuals visiting Nepal, in addition to Chinese tourists. Such purchases may be made directly from tourists or through other licensed entities such as hotels, travel agencies, and money changers.除了为来尼泊尔的中国游客兑换人民币之外，经过尼泊尔央行NRB许可的银行、金融机构、公司、企业和组织，也可以按照当时的汇率，为其他普通的本国人或外国游客兑换人民币（CNY）。这些人民币的兑换可以： 直接从游客那里兑换，或者通过获得许可的其他机构来完成，比如：酒店、旅行社、货币兑换商等。再通俗一点讲：不只是中国游客，来尼泊尔的其他游客或者本地人，只要有正当理由，也可以用尼币换人民币。换钱可以在银行、酒店、旅行社、换汇点这些地方操作。这个和咱也关系不大！6、The concerned banks/financial institutions may remit the purchased Chinese Yuan (CNY) to their accounts opened in commercial banks located in China.尼泊尔相关的银行或金融机构可以把他们所购买的人民币（CNY），汇到他们在中国商业银行开设的账户里。这个是给尼泊尔商业银行的条款，对企业意义不大。通俗的意思是：尼泊尔这边的银行如果换了人民币，可以把这些钱汇到他们在中国开的人民币账户里去。7、Under the prevailing provisions, students studying in China may be provided with currency exchange facilities in Chinese Yuan to cover their living expenses and to pay tuition fees in the name of the university/college where they are enrolled.根据现行规定，在中国留学的学生可以获得兑换人民币（CNY）的便利，用于支付他们的生活费，以及以所就读的大学或学院的名义缴纳学费。这个条款跟咱们企业关系不大，除非你在这边娶妻生子，孩子还千里迢迢去中国留学……8、Individuals, firms, or companies receiving income in Chinese Yuan may make payments in Yuan from their Yuan accounts within the prescribed limits and in accordance with the prevailing regulations.个人、公司或企业如果收到人民币收入，他们可以从自己的人民币账户里进行支付，但必须在规定的限额内，并遵守现行的相关规定。说了个啥意思：你在尼泊尔挣了人民币，可以用来花，但要按照规定来，不能随便乱用，也不能超出额度。9、As per prevailing regulations, individuals, firms, companies, or institutions wishing to open a foreign currency account are not permitted to exchange Chinese Yuan and deposit it into another convertible foreign currency account.根据现行规定，个人、公司、企业或机构如果想开设一个外币账户，是不允许先把人民币兑换成其他可兑换外币（比如美元、欧元），然后再把这些外币存入外币账户的。警告：你不能拿着人民币去换成美元，然后用这个美元去开外币账户或者存进去——这样不被允许。即人民币不能“换一手”变成其他外币来开外币账户或存入外币账户。10、Payments in Nepalese Rupees may be made using credit/debit cards issued in Chinese Yuan. The corresponding settlement amount can be adjusted from the Yuan account maintained in China.可以使用以人民币（CNY）计价的信用卡或借记卡，在尼泊尔用尼泊尔卢比进行支付。这些消费所对应的金额，可以从持卡人在中国的人民币账户中扣除结算。说了个啥意思：你拿着中国发行的人民币信用卡/借记卡，在尼泊尔刷卡消费（刷的是尼币），银行会从你在中国的人民币账户里扣钱结算。
